We’ve received reports of Liquid detected in Lightning connector appearing on iPhone 12, 11, X, and iPhone SE 2 for no apparent reason. so I tested it and when the phone is cool I don’t get the notification but when it’s warm the notification will pop up. I thought maybe it was just the charger I was using messing with the phone but I tried 2 different chargers and the notification still popped up. I put the charger in and the charger came out dry. I’m just glad my phone isn’t wet because that would suck. ![]() If it works with your other chargers then it isn’t wet. If it was really wet inside it wouldn’t charge with any of your chargers. When moisture is detected in iPhones Lightning port, iOS displays. Anyways so I stuck a tissue in the port to see if I could see how much water was on it when pulled out and it was dry. At first I was confused as to why I was getting this since I usually don’t put the phone near water and if it is I point it away. So recently I’ve been getting the “Liquid Detected” notification A LOT.
